While we do ask that our clients provide their own resistance bands and exercise mats, your Phil Robb Fitness™ trainer will bring everything else to your training sessions that you need for great workouts! Most of our clients do prefer to purchase their own exercise equipment, and here again, Phil Robb Fitness™ has you covered! In many areas, we have established professional discount programs with local exercise equipment retailers. We've done all the legwork and negotiating for you! Let us help you find the right equipment at the right price. We can also help outfit you with the best in quality training accessories including lifting belts, training gloves, wrist and knee wraps, lifting straps, jump ropes, mats, balls, resistance bands, pedometers and water bottles.
*Clients participating in our Pool Workout Program will be required to provide their own water fitness equipment such as dumbbells, jog belts, kick boards, gloves, and aqua runner booties.

The location of your training sessions will be entirely up to you! All of our training programs are formatted to seamlessly integrate into your busy daily life. You don't need to join an overcrowded gym, or take the time to travel to a training facility. We'll come directly to you and bring the gym with us! To make your personal training experience as enjoyable, effective, efficient and completely functional as possible, we'll conduct your training sessions in the comfort and privacy of your own home, at your office, at an outdoor training location, or at any other place of your choosing.
"CAN WE TRAIN OUTDOORS?"
Yes! In fact, we highly recommend outdoor training. Your new “gym” can be one of the beautiful beaches along the California Riviera, in one of Orange County’s unbelievable community parks, at an athletic field or stadium close to your home, or in the comfort and privacy of your own backyard.
